Policies and Procedures

Visit length may very 5-10 minutes longer or shorter from the scheduled time. The visit begins when your provider gains entry and ends when your provider finishes securing your home. All entry and exit times are part of your scheduled visits.

All clients must create a profile via www.timetopet.com. Within 24 hoiurs of completing the Meet & Greet and required documents, a link to our portal will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to keep all information u-to-date. Our portal is also where you can pay for services. A payment link will be emailed to you upon request.

All services are provided by Puppy Play Time management and staff members. We do not contract out. To help identify your provider, all staff members, including management are required to wear a company shirt. If anyone comes to your home claiming to be from Puppy Play Time and is not wearing a company shirt, do not allow them into your home. Call police and notify our office as soon as possible. 

We have a strict No-Refund policy. If services are canceled after payment has been made, your account will be credited for future visits.

Please provide a secure collar with tags and a leash for each pet. 

All cats and dogs are required to be current on all vaccines, including rabies. Proof of vaccines  must be submitted to our office prior to start of services.
